    • The Patio repair project is on hold by direction from Legal Counsel.

    • The sand replenishment project has terminated for the calendar year of 2026 and we will not be getting sand. We will keep you updated on 2027 projects.

    • Closed Board Meeting for Board Members only on 7.14.26. Updates will be available by request.

    • The patio and courtyard will undergo repairs the week of June 22 to 25. Please be aware that the patio usage will be affected and stair access limited at times. We will have work/workers onsite for most of the week.

    • Please welcome the new Property Care staffer, Grayson. He will be looking after the pool deck and property. His shift is a little later so you may see him between the hours of 12-3. Please provide us with any feedback about the condition of the property.

    • We will monitor storms as they arise and communicate any situation that would require any action from residents.

Seaward Condos

Established in 1971, Seaward Condominiums is home to 48 condo units in the Silver Sands section of New Smyrna Beach located on Saxon Drive. The Association is managed by a community Board of Directors and the Property is managed by Stephen M. Meerman Management Co., Inc.
