    • The 2026 Budget has passed. No change to monthly dues.

    • The sand replenishment project is slowly making its way toward Seaward. We may see some disruption to beach access for anywhere between 4 to 7 days.

      • If you would like to join the board of directors, please make your intentions known to Kim ASAP

    • Seawall Exploratory continues. Please be considerate of roped off areas in the courtyard and on the pool deck. There may be some light construction on the patio in the near future.

    • Please welcome the new Property Care staffer, Grayson. He will be looking after the pool deck and property. His shift is a little later so you may see him between the hours of 10-2.

    • The pool is being heated as long as air temps remain moderate.

    • The Wind Screen will not go up this year based on assembly issues.

Seaward Condos

Established in 1971, Seaward Condominiums is home to 48 condo units in the Silver Sands section of New Smyrna Beach located on Saxon Drive. The Association is managed by a community Board of Directors and the Property is managed by Stephen M. Meerman Management Co., Inc.
