The Patio is being repaired the week of June 22 to 25. There will be work/workers onsite that week and the patio usage will see some disruption. The stair access will be limited at times.

The sand replenishment project has terminated for the calendar year of 2026 and we will not be getting sand. We will keep you updated on 2027 projects.

Please welcome the new Property Care staffer, Grayson. He will be looking after the pool deck and property. His shift is a little later so you may see him between the hours of 12-3. Please provide us with any feedback about the condition of the property.

We will monitor storms as they arise and communicate any situation that would require any action from residents.
